Born in Moscow on October 9, 1978.
In 2000 graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Water Transport (with a degree in law).
In 2003 graduated from the Academy of Labor and Social Relations.
In 2005 graduated from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics as a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
PhD in Law.
In 1999-2000 occupied various positions in the Russian Social Insurance Fund.
In 2001-2007 occupied various positions in the Russian Pension Fund.
In 2007-2012 headed the PFR Department for Pensions of Persons Residing Abroad.
In 2012-2018 headed the PFR Department for the Assignment and Payment of Pensions.
Since 2018, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Pension Fund Board.
Appointed Acting Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation on July 30, 2022.
Appointed Chairman of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation (Social Fund of Russia) on January 1, 2023, according to the Government Order.
Awarded a certificate of merit of the Russian Health and Social Development Ministry, a certificate of merit of the PFR, a commendation of the Russian government, a commendation of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy, and Veterans’ Affairs, and a second-class medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland.
