The public opinion on the quality of Pension Fund services has been invariably high, according to the statistical data of the Your control public system.
Citizens evaluated almost 1 million services rendered in January-September 2017. That was thrice more than in the first nine months of 2016.
On the average, PFR services scored 4.81 points on the 5-points scale; the ranking did not change over the year. The share of services rated ‘good’ and ‘excellent’, which demonstrated satisfaction with the quality of public services, stood at 96.4%.
The rating of PFR services received by citizens at multi-functional centers was even higher, 4.84 points and 97.8% satisfaction.
The “payment of pensions to citizens residing outside Russia” service scored best, 4.99 points.
The most popular public service assessed by citizens was the pension size certificate. The service was assessed 1.5 million times in the first nine months of 2017, according to the statistical data of the Your control website, which accumulates information about the assessment of the quality of public services rendered across the country.
The issuance of maternity capital certificates, which was the second most popular public service provided by PFR, received feedback from 700,000 citizens. The public service, which informed insured persons of the status of their pension accounts, was assessed 630,000 times.
