Pension Fund employees support defenders of Donetsk, Lugansk people’s republics

Russian Pension Fund specialists have raised 17.5 million rubles to support military units of the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics. The donations to DPR and LPR fighters were made by Fund offices across the country as a result of several campaigns, including the People’s Front campaign “Everything for the Front.”

Besides money transfers, PFR specialists actively take part in other charitable actions supporting Donbas. Since the first days of the special operation, military servicemen have been receiving humanitarian aid from PFR employees, such as medicines, clothing, everyday goods, and foods with a long shelf life. Children of the personnel often join the campaigns. They send drawings, letters and poems to express their gratitude and support.

The PFR supplements humanitarian aid with meetings with evacuees from the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics. During visits to temporary accommodation centers and PFR client services, specialists provide consultations on the payment of pensions and help apply for issuing SNILS, pensions, social benefits and maternity capital.
