Tatyana Suslina has been appointed First Deputy Head of the Social Fund of Russia (SFR). Previously, she served as deputy chairman of the Social Insurance Fund. Yaroslav Omelay and Alexander Chernyshov were approved for the positions of Deputy Chairmen of the SFR. Previously, they were on the board of the Pension Fund of Russia.
Recall that the law on the creation of the Social Fund of Russia was signed in July last year. The fund was formed by merging the Pension Fund of Russia and the Social Insurance Fund and began operating on January 1, 2023. In December, Mikhail Mishustin appointed Sergei Chirkov head of the Social Fund.
