To receive sick leave information online, employers should establish electronic interaction with the Social Fund of Russia. Once connected, the Fund will automatically notify the employer when a sick leave certificate is issued for an employee, as well as of any changes to the document's status, such as extensions, closures, or cancellations.
Russian citizens receive notifications about electronic sick leaves through the public services portal due to a notification service developed by the Ministry for Digital Technology, Communication and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and the Social Fund.
