Last month, the Social Fund of the Russian Federation won 7 out of 10 top spots in the Gosuslugi popular ranking. The result reaffirmed the people's trust in the Fund's digital services and their popularity.
Seven services provided by the Fund were placed among the top 10 by popular voting based on user ratings:
- Payment certificate for the period – 4.92 points out of 5.
- Choice of the social services form – 4.86 points.
- Delivery of pensions and social payments – 4.73 points.
- Electronic employment record extract – 4.68 points.
- Pension or other payment amount certificate – 4.65 points.
- Funeral allowance payment – 4.62 points.
- Pre-pension age certificate – 4.61 points.
3 million applications for the Fund's services were submitted in total through the unified public services portal (UPSP) in the past week. The general satisfaction index for the Fund's services remains reliably high: 4.7 points out of 5, based on 453,800 user ratings.
Traditionally, the services related to retrieving information from one's personal account, have been the most popular. The inquiry number leaders were:
- Electronic employment record extracts – 736,000 inquiries.
- Pension account extracts – 559,000.
- Unified child and maternity allowance – 409,000.
"The Social Fund's high popular ranking is another affirmation of the people's trust and a reward for our systemic effort related to digitalizing our social services. We can see that people value the option to order and receive certificates, manage their social payments and apply for benefits quickly and with no need to visit client offices," says Sergey Chirkov, Chairman of the Social Fund.
