The service allows for planning an office visit, come at the appointed time and get the service you wanted quickly, instead of waiting in a queue. Prior appointments makes services go quicker by letting office staff look up visitors' issues beforehand, which, in turn, makes them able to service a greater number of people. The Social Fund's prior appointment service has been used 1.3 million time since the year started.
You can use the Gosuslugi Portal to make your appointment. After entering your data, you will be notified on your visit's date and time. You can also get an appointment through the Social Fund call center: 8-800-100-0-001. Operators will ask you which service you would like to receive and schedule an appointment for you.
Although the majority of the Fund's services are now available online, the Fund places a special focus on personal visits to its offices. The Fund's client offices attend to citizens according to an improved appointment handling standard. They have everything to this end, including client waiting and admission areas, information booths and digital areas with self-service terminals. Visitors can use them while they are waiting for their appointment, or they can independently receive the service they have applied for. The hall administrator offers assistance with this as needed.
The majority of the Fund’s services are provided extraterritorially, i.e., regardless of a person’s place of residence. Depending on the situation, a visitor can simultaneously obtain all types of support measures they are entitled to, not just the allowance for which they applied for initially.
Client offices provide an accessible environment for people with reduced mobility. Staff members are always ready to help a disabled person with access to the reception window and other functional areas, and then escort them to the exit after the service is completed.
