Today, 128 of the Fund's services are available on the Public Services Portal in a single contact point mode. That makes the Social Fud a departmental leader when it comes to the number of interactive application forms.
For the third year in a row, the Social Fund has topped the best online service ranking by client satisfaction. The Fund's services now occupy 7 of the ranking's 10 top spots, including the top 3. The ranking is based on the client ratings post-service.
