November 14 is the cutoff for applying for preventive measure cost compensation

According to the rules in force, after applying preventive measures, employers should apply to the Social Fund for compensation of the costs suffered. Documents confirming the company's investment in occupational safety should be attached to the application. This year, employers submit their documents on or before November 14 through the online service on the Gosuslugi Portal, the Social Fund client offices at their place of registration, in multifunctional centers or by mail.

If some of the preventive measures for the current year are scheduled for a period after the application is submitted to the Social Fund (i.e., after November 14), the insured may submit payment documents and documents confirming the expenses suffered no later than December 15, 2025. The compensation application still has to be submitted on or before November 14.

You can find the most up-to-date information on the procedure and conditions for the preventive measures financing on the Social Fund's website. The Report Forms, Templates section has a cost compensation application template, along with the recommended cost report form.
