They help companies streamline their interactions with the Fund.
The insured's Mobile Office project has enjoyed the most popularity, providing 38 thousand online consultations to insured persons between January and November. The Insured's School, launched this year, also gained traction quickly, with more than 5,200 accounting and HR staff completing their training on this distance-learning platform.
To ensure reporting deadlines are met easily, an interactive Insured's Reporting Calendar is available, with direct links to the required actions on key dates. Employers also use the advance reservation service on the Gosuslugi Portal extensively to schedule appointments at Social Fund client offices.
The Social Fund is also developing a digital, proactive approach in other areas of corporate interaction. Today, they are not required to contact the Fund to register or deregister as contribution payers: it happens automatically upon receiving data from the Tax Service.
The Fund also accepts employer reports online. Data can now be generated and verified online on the Social Fund's website. On top of that, the introduction of unified reporting has reduced the administrative burden on businesses. The all-purpose EFS-1 form has cut the amount of data submitted by employers by 15 times, from 780 million in 2022 to 52.3 million in 2025. Report generation and submission also contains 61% less errors now.
In case of any questions, an insured can get advice from the Social Fund's technical support service. The Social Fund for Employers Telegram chat also provides information support 24/5.
Come September, organizations, save for standalone business units, will no longer be required to report their core operations with the Social Fund. The Fund's staff now retrieve this information on their own from the state registers of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. The core operations data is required to determine the rates for employee insurance against occupational accidents and diseases.
This year, the Social Fund also launched an electronic service for employers, allowing them to apply for reimbursement of expenses related to the prevention of injuries and occupational diseases. Businesses now have that option available through the Gosuslugi Portal. Previously, insureds had to submit relevant applications in person at the Fund's client offices or send documents by mail.
Remember that all Social Fund's services are available at its client offices and via the Gosuslugi Portal free of charge.
