The Social Fund of Russia and Narodny Front have signed an agreement to reaffirm the developing cooperation in supporting special military operation personnel and their families. The document was signed by Sergey Chirkov, Chairman of the Social Fund, and Mikhail Kuznetsov, Head of the Narodny Front Executive Committee.
The key areas of joint operations will include expanding the format of meetings and data exchange, awareness campaigns by NF volunteers concerning allowances and services available, as well as bringing up relevant issues on Narodny Front's platforms. The partners will pool their efforts to achieve objectives related to providing SMO servicemen with means of rehabilitation, claiming social benefits and providing support to the families of servicemen.
"The Social Fund is broadly involved in frontline support initiatives within the framework of national and regional campaigns," said Sergey Chirkov, Head of the Social Fund. "When doing that, it is important for us to pool efforts with like-minded partners such as Narodny Front. This will also help us carry out the work the Fund is constantly doing on instructions from the President, the leader of Narodny Front. Every inquiry coming from our partners at Narodny Front is analyzed in detail in order to promptly solve all issues that arise."
Mikhail Kuznetsov, Head of the Narodny Front Executive Committee, in turn thanked Mr. Chirkov and praised the joint work of their organizations.
"I thank the Social Fund for their cooperation and constructive effort," Mr. Kuznetsov said.
The Social Fund and Narodny Front are united by a number of joint campaigns to provide for the special military operation fighters. They purchase vehicles, specialized equipment and machinery to help servicemen achieve their designated objectives. Since the start of the special military operation in Ukraine, Social Fund branches across the country have voluntarily donated RUB 400 million to the "Everything for Victory!" charity fund. According to Narodny Front's data, the Social Fund is one of the most active project participants among federal executive authorities.
On top of that, the Fund's staff regularly send humanitarian aid to the combat zone, including medicines, clothing, food, camouflage net, and other necessities.
