This year, the Social Fund client offices will admit citizens and insureds for all services up to and including December 30. To give Russians an opportunity to resolve all issues arising during the New Year holidays, some of the Fund's local offices will be open on January 5 on short hours, from 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. The services will be provided if the application date directly affects the payment date and amount. In addition, applications related to the social funeral allowance will also be accepted.

Client offices will resume their standard working hours on January 12, the first business day of the new year.
Remember that the Fund's services can be acquired throughout the New Year holidays on the Gosuslugi Portal. The online services it offers cover virtually all allowances and benefits provided by the Social Fund.
On top of that, Russians can reach out to the unified call center on social issues at 8-800-1-00000-1 (accessible free of charge from all regions of Russia) regarding the Fund's specific services. This year, the call center will provide round-the-clock advice as usual up to and including December 30. On December 31, the center will switch to short hours and accept inquiries until 5:00 p.m. No consultations will be provided on January 1. On January 2 the call center will resume its standard round-the-clock working hours.
