Retirees and disabled people can verify their benefit and allowance entitlements using electronic certificates via the MAX mobile app. Digital documents can be used instead of a paper ID to get store discounts, visit museums free of charge and assert eligibility for subsidized travel and welfare services.
Install the Gosuslugi and MAX mobile applications in order to receive your electronic certificate and confirm your consent to its issue by the Social Fund. Next, open your MAX user profile, select "Digital ID," and click "Create." Upon you return to the app, MAX will automatically download the digital certificate from the Gosuslugi Portal. The document will be available in your user profile and ready for use at any time.
Notably, the digital document from your MAX profile can be used as a full replacement for a paper ID. MAX is available for download on iOS and Android devices.
