In 2025, the Social Fund of Russia hosted over 10,800 financial literacy events, attended by more than 250,900 people. The number of such events and their coverage grew nearly 4 times versus 2023.
More than 215,000 young people and about 36,000 pre-retirees and retirees participated in seminars and lectures, where experts at workshops and public talks explain in an accessible way how pension entitlements arise, how to access government services online, and talk about other benefits and services offered by the Fund.
Special focus is on protection against scammers who may introduce themselves as Social Fund employees to gain access to citizens' personal data, their personal accounts on the Gosuslugi Portal, and, ultimately, to the funds on their accounts.
Experts explain that employees of the Social Fund of Russia never call citizens to ask for passwords, bank card details or SMS codes. In case of any doubts regarding any such call, you have to immediately call the unified Social Fund call center back at 8-800-10-000-01 (free of charge) to verify the information.
