Last May, the Social Fund switched the submission of applications for the financing of preventive measures aimed to reduce industrial injuries and occupational diseases online. Now, the entire process, from submitting an application to the actual refund, is fully digitalized. This method is the most convenient one for employers, as they no longer have to visit the Fund's customer offices in person.
Digitalization is one of the Social Fund's key focuses. The Fund launched 15 online services in 2025, including referring SMO servicemen for medical rehabilitation and resort treatment, payouts on the birth or adoption of the first child, compensations for SMO veterans' travel to the Social Fund's rehabilitation centers, etc.
Last year, the Social Fund also launched a number of new electronic services that simplify its interactions with insureds. To ensure reporting deadlines are met easily, an interactive Insured's Reporting Calendar is available, with direct links to the required actions on key data submission dates. The Insured's Mobile Office service provides companies with online advice, while employees of accounting and HR departments undergo training on the remote Insured's School platform.
Over 160 interactive forms for Social Fund services are available on the Gosuslugi Portal today. As a result, the Fund maintains its leadership among government agencies in terms of the number of online applications made via the portal.
For the fourth year in a row, the Social Fund has topped the Gosuslugi Portal's best online service ranking by client satisfaction. The Fund's services now occupy five of the ranking's 10 top spots, including the top 3. The ranking is based on after-service client reviews.
