The Social Fund has commenced the proactive review of denials issued to families who have an income surplus.
The review of unified allowance denials issued this year to parents of large families who have an income surplus will be automated. If such a denial falls under the amended conditions, the Social Fund will assign the allowance without no further actions on the part of the family. Parents will learn about the decision made via the Gosuslugi Portal: the corresponding notifications will be arriving from the portal as early as today.
Please note that all Social Fund's services are free of charge, regardless of where you receive them from: customer offices, multifunctional centers the Gosuslugi Portal online.
Families that previously did not qualify for the unified allowance due to an income surplus will be granted a payout amounting to 50% of the regional subsistence rate. The Russian average now is RUB 9,200 per child.
Amendments to the rules for assigning the unified allowance came into force today; according to them, large families will no longer lose their entitlement in the event of a slight income surplus If, upon the renewal of the allowance, incomes turn out to be higher than the established limit by no more than 10%, the family will retain their benefit.
