Due to the Russia Day celebrations, a portion of retirees will receive their pensions for June ahead of schedule. Bank transfers for the long weekend of June 12–14 will be remitted on or before June 11 All types of pensions will be paid early, including insurance, social, contributory, old age and disability related.
If the Social Fund pays other benefits together with the pension, those benefits will also arrive ahead of time. The process is automated, so retirees do not have to apply anywhere to receive their payments.
Post offices in most regions will also deliver payments for the June 12 holiday in advance. Pensions for June 13 and 14 will be paid in accordance with the post office schedule.
The long holiday weekend does not affect the payment of children's allowances. All families will receive their funds on the customary dates.
Banks will transfer most allowances on June 3. Families receiving monthly maternity capital payments for children under 3, will receive their payments as usual, on June 5. The monthly allowance for non-working parents of children under 18 months will arrive on June 8.
