The dictation, which is an online test consisting of 22 questions, covers healthy lifestyles after the age of 60, medical checkups, and other related aspects. While answering the questions, participants can immediately see the correct answers and thus expand their own knowledge.
The dictation is available online to anyone interested. It can also be completed at the Social Fund's Communication Centers for Seniors. Staff members will help answer the questions and, at the same time, share other knowledge about healthy living, proper nutrition and recreation.
The online dictation is part of the Healthy Longevity federal project, which helps popularize healthy lifestyles and disease prevention, as well as create conditions for an active life in older age. The initiative is being implemented by the Social Fund, the United Russia Party, and the Center for Therapy and Preventive Medicine under the Ministry of Health.
Note that issues regarding the preservation of physical activity and cognitive health in older age are regularly discussed at the Social Fund's Communication Centers for Seniors, which also host meetings with healthcare professionals. Since the launch of the 'Healthy Longevity' project, 32,000 people have attended such events.
