Unified allowance was assigned to 63,000 children from large families under new rules

Parents of three or more children retain the right to the unified benefit if the family income increased while they have been receiving it, exceeding the allowable limit by no more than 10%. For all families that were denied the allowance this year for the specified reason, the Social Fund automatically reviewed the decisions made and granted the payouts. It has already been approved for 63,000 children from large families under the new rules.

Families learn about the allowance assignment via a notice on the Gosuslugi Portal. Parents who previously did not qualify for the unified allowance due to a slight income surplus will be granted a payout amounting to 50% of the regional subsistence rate. The Russian average now is RUB 9,200 per child.

Remember that the amendments allowing large families with a slight income surplus to keep their allowance were prepared in accordance with the President's directive and supported by the United Russia party.
