The Social Fund switched to a centralized system for processing bailiffs' enforcement documents regarding child support deductions from sick leave payouts.
The new format of interactions with the Bailiff Service is implemented through a unified digital social platform on the extraterritorial principle. In particular, that allows to submit an application to a single branch of the Social Fund at the debtor's place of employment, instead of multiple branches for each place of employment. Regardless of which branch of the Social Fund receives the document from the bailiff or through a citizen's application, the child support will be collected.
A similar approach has long been in place for pension deductions, and now the unified digital platform extends this system to sick leave payouts as well. Moving forward, the Social Fund and the Bailiff Service also plan to phase out paper enforcement documents and establish a single point of operation for processing them.
