The number of in-person visits to the Social Fund was reduced by nearly 25% in a year

In the first six months of 2026, the Social Fund received 851,000 individual requests pertaining to the relevant issues, which is 23% fewer than the year before.

The expansion of the Fund's proactive service format facilitates that: 95% of services are now application-free or online.  85% of payouts only require an application, with no other paperwork needed. That makes the procedure much more user-friendly and eliminates any extra issues.

The Fund informs citizens regularly about their pension savings. Over 16 million notices have already been sent this year regarding the savings amounts, the income from their investment, and the specific entity managing the funds. On top of that, starting from age 40 (for women) and 45 (for men), people are getting informed of their insurance pension accruals. 100 million such notifications in total have been sent in the time of the Social Fund 's existence.

The electronic payout assignment format also serves to eliminate any unwanted issues. Today, you can use the Public Services Portal to submit over 160 application for various services provided by the Social Fund: way easier and faster than via a client office. The Social Fund is the leading organization when it comes to the number of services provided electronically via the Public Services Portal.

On top of that, the Fund improved multiple service processes last year, taking customer feedback as a baseline: better online application interfaces on the Public Services Portal, extra explanations for applicants, an option to attach document scans to applications submitted via the portal, streamlined post-review comments on applications, to make it easier for applicants to understand the decision.
