The Social Fund refunds up to 20% of insurance contributions accrued and up to 30% if the money was spend on health resort treatment for pre-retirement and retirement age workers.
Please keep in mind that an employer has to have no outstanding insurance contributions, overdue fines or penalties at the moment the relevant application is submitted to the Social Fund.
Employers are free to decide on their own what they want to spend the money on. The Fund reimburses costs for 17 occupational safety measures, including assessment of professional risks.
