RUB 6.2 billion was remitted to employers in total for these purposes. In that time, the Fund's subsidies have helped 106,000 people find new jobs.
Subsidy programs have become an effective support tool for the labour market. The Social Fund compensates employers for some of the payments they make to new hires: young professionals, disabled individuals, those who lost their jobs because their positions were cut or those who remained unemployed for a long time.
The Social Fund has been running hiring support programs since March 2021. The financial assistance lowers employment barriers and incentivizes companies to hire candidates that might have difficulties competing at the labour market. Thanks to the launch of the Human Resources national project in 2025, the subsidy program reached a new level.
Today, financing is being assigned to hire disabled people. 1,400 workplaces for such employees have been outfitted since 2025, thanks to the Subsidies provided by the Social Fund. On top of that, citizens who had been unable to find employment in their own localities, were hired in other regions and municipalities. That was also facilitated by targeted subsidies from the Social Fund.
