11 of the Social Fund's services got the highest public services standard compliance scores: 'A' and 'A+', according to the Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation that checks public services for compliance to the quality standards under the Government for the People federal project.
High scores were awarded to the Social Fund's services that inform Russians about the balance of their pension accounts and provide data from their electronic employment records. Services informing people of pre-retirement age on the projected amount of their insurance pension and pension savings, pension payments and statements on the maternity capital balance were also cited among the best.
33 of the Fund's services were assessed as having a good level of compliance ('B' and 'B+'). The fact that not a single service has been assessed negatively throughout the period under review (despite their large number) was an important achievement for the Social Fund.
It's worth mentioning that the Social Fund is actively involved in the Government for the People project. The focus of that initiative is on developing and implementing efficient solutions that streamline interactions between citizens and public institutions and make them more convenient.
The Social Fund plans to optimize 41 services in total before the end of the next year. These efforts started in January of the last year, in concert with the Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation; they provide for general streamlining of administrative procedures and introducing innovation formats like proactive benefit provision and instant response online servicing.
