The Pension Fund of the Russian Federation has approved the Declaration of the Values of Client-Centricity for implementation.

The activity of the client-centric fund is based on the principles of the priority of each person and the targeting of support measures, efficiency and convenience in solving problems, dialogue and transparency in communication, objectivity and responsibility in decision-making, trust and security in storing data, development and proactivity to better meet the needs of a citizen.

Mechanisms for the implementation of these principles are also provided for operational optimization and continuous improvement of the Fund's activities. Planned work is planned for the phased transformation of all areas of activity. Customer needs will be identified on an ongoing basis. The organizational environment will be improved, the procedure for testing the services of the fund will be introduced, the list of life situations in the social sphere, when the support of citizens is needed, will be updated.

All services provided by the fund must be understandable and convenient for people, processes must be simple and transparent, information must be accessible and open.
