The commission for public and client service improvement met at the Russian Pension Fund on November 9.

The Russian Pension Fund reminds that pensions are raised upon turning 80, working in the North or quitting a job not at the established dates throughout the year, for example, October 1, but upon the occurrence of relevant circumstances.

The Russian Pension Fund has credited 3 billion rubles to accounts of Russians who made voluntary pension contributions last year. This is the state investment in the pension savings co-funding program. Participants in the program can contribute from 2,000 to 12,000 rubles per year to form their pension savings, and receive the same amount from the government. In all, 3.4 billion rubles were paid as voluntary contributions last year, and the overall pension savings reached 6.4 billion rubles, including contributions from the government.

Rostelecom and the Russian Pension Fund have summed up 2020 results of the Internet ABC project. Despite the pandemic and related restrictions, the project that teaches senior citizens how to use a computer has been successful.

People who use the “Disabled Person” label on their vehicles for preferential parking purposes need to apply for the free parking permit for the vehicle transporting a disabled adult or child either online in the personal account on the Public Services portal, or on the website of the Federal Register of Disabled Persons (FRDP), or personally in a multifunctional center.

The Russian Pension Fund reminds all working citizens of the need to submit a written statement to their employers in a free style before December 31, 2020, in order to choose the form of their employment record books, which could be either electronic or paper. The shift to electronic employment record books is voluntary.
