The Social Fund of Russia mourns together with the families of the victims and supports those affected by the horrific terrorist attack committed against the peaceful residents of the Khorly village (Kherson Region) on New Year's Eve.
The Social Fund has transferred pensions and child benefits that fall on the January holidays ahead of time. Over 24.7 million people who chose to receive benefits through banks, got their money ahead of schedule.

The majority of former fighters arrive for resort treatment with healthcare professionals capable of providing comprehensive care for a wide range of conditions, including consequences of mine-blast and gunshot wounds, musculoskeletal injuries, traumatic brain injuries and cardiovascular diseases. 19,000 SMO veterans have undergone rehabilitation in institutions managed by the Social Fund this year.
Insurance pension adjustment
With New Year holidays approaching, most retirees in Russia will receive their January pensions ahead of schedule. The pre-New Year payment, in particular, will cover those whose bank transfers fall on the winter break. Post offices will deliver pensions to retirees in January as per their regular schedules.
Retirees and disabled people can verify their benefit and allowance entitlements using electronic certificates via the MAX mobile app. Digital documents can be used instead of a paper ID to get store discounts, visit museums free of charge and assert eligibility for subsidized travel and welfare services.
This year, the Social Fund client offices will admit citizens and insureds for all services up to and including December 30. To give Russians an opportunity to resolve all issues arising during the New Year holidays, some of the Fund's local offices will be open on January 5 on short hours, from 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
With New Year holidays approaching, the Social Fund will pay all child allowances that would normally be due in early January, before the end of December.
Today, this year's final meeting of the Board of the Social Fund of Russia took place in Moscow. In addition to the Fund management, the Board includes representatives from the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Finance, Bank of Russia, the State Duma, and the Federation Council. Liaisons from professional and public associations, such as the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, are also on the Board.
