Social Fund introduces an AI assistant and a safe online chat for clients' convenience

This year, the Social Fund expanded its advising capabilities through the unified call center (8-800-10-000-01) so that Russians can receive the required information faster and easier. The advantages of artificial intelligence are used increasingly more often for that purpose. The specific AI solutions implemented in the call center's operations were discussed at today's meeting of the Social Fund Board.

Social Fund and Narodny Front join efforts to help SMO servicemen and their families

The Social Fund of Russia and Narodny Front have signed an agreement to reaffirm the developing cooperation in supporting special military operation personnel and their families. The document was signed by Sergey Chirkov, Chairman of the Social Fund, and Mikhail Kuznetsov, Head of the Narodny Front Executive Committee.

Social Fund announces the results of the first nationwide online chess tournament for members of Communication Centers for Seniors

The Social Fund hosted the final of the first nationwide online chess tournament for members of Communication Centers for Seniors. This ambitious event set up by the Social Fund branch in the Republic of Komi, brought together the best players from 23 Russian regions. The tournament took place on December 18 on a digital platform and became the high point for qualifying stages hosted in all federal districts.

Over 740,000 Social Fund clients retrieved their pension savings in 2025

In the first three quarters of the current year, the Social Fund paid pension savings to 446,000 people. Most recipients received their savings as a lump sum, but some opted for a monthly pension payment instead. Under the current rules, a pension like that can be paid to individuals who have accumulated a sufficient amount of funds, as well as to participants of the government co-contribution program who have made voluntary contributions toward their pension.

Living memory: Social Fund and Rostelecom released training materials related to search for the Great Patriotic War Heroes

Ahead of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, the Social Fund of Russia and Rostelecom released a special module of the Internet Alphabet program focused on searching for information about participants of the Great Patriotic War online. The new training course is focused on the basics of search operations, to help users understand where to start looking for missing or deceased relatives, their awards, burial sites, wounds, heroic deeds, and combat histories.
