A meeting of the Board of the Social Fund of Russia focused on the issues of voluntary pension insurance for self-employed individuals, the provision of the new family payout, and the development of the Social Fund's service system took place in Moscow. In addition to the Social Fund management, board members representing the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Finance, Bank of Russia, the State Duma, the Federation Council, as well as professional and public associations, including the Federation of Independent Trade Unions and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs attended the meeting.

The Senezh Management Workshop hosted a meeting between Sergey Chirkov, Chairman of the Social Fund of Russia, and members of the Time of Heroes program.

A special type of information introduced in 2023 simultaneously with the creation of the Social Fund of Russia, is used to this end. Coal industry enterprises transfer their employee data, which subsequently allows for the proactive processing of occupational pension supplements.

The authority to provide the supplement was assumed by the Fund starting this year, in addition to the federal pension supplement already being paid. Both measures are aimed at preventing retirees' income from falling below the established level.

Sergey Chirkov, Chairman of the Social Fund of Russia, and Aleksandr Brechalov, Head of the Udmurt Republic, have signed a cooperation agreement designed to improve interaction mechanisms in key areas of social policy and combine the best federal and regional practices.

The Social Fund regularly informs citizens about the volume of their accumulated pension contributions. The Fund provides this relevant information to working Russians both proactively and upon request.

The dictation, which is an online test consisting of 22 questions, covers healthy lifestyles after the age of 60, medical checkups, and other related aspects. While answering the questions, participants can immediately see the correct answers and thus expand their own knowledge.

The Social Fund has transferred the first payouts to parents who applied for the new welfare benefit. By midday on June 2, the Fund's staff have approved funds for 31,000 children.

Today, the Social Fund provides about 40 different insurance and welfare benefits for children.

The Social Fund started accepting applications for a new welfare benefit for families with two or more children – the annual family payout. Starting today, parents can apply for the benefit via the Gosuslugi Portal, the Fund's customer offices and multifunctional centers.
