The Social Fund switched to a centralized system for processing bailiffs' enforcement documents regarding child support deductions from sick leave payouts.

The Social Fund of Russia provides about 15 payouts and benefits to families raising children with disabilities.

On July 1, 2021, childbirth certificates became electronic. In the five years, the Fund has paid for 17.7 million services based on digital birth certificate coupons.

Those will be participants in the voluntary temporary disability insurance experiment who submitted their applications to join this January and began paying contributions in February.

After the first month of the new benefit being provided, its average amount stands at RUB 30,000.

As per the amendments coming into force on July 21, care for incapacitated individuals will be counted toward determining the right to the unified allowance only when it comes to close relatives.

Parents of three or more children retain the right to the unified benefit if the family income increased while they have been receiving it, exceeding the allowable limit by no more than 10%.

To evaluate the treatment outcomes of demobilized fighters, the Fund's centers monitor their physical condition.

Sergey Chirkov, Chairman of the Social Fund of Russia, took part in the 11th National Forum of Public Labour Inspectors.

The payout is available to healthcare professionals in primary care, central district, district, and area hospitals, as well as employees of ER stations and departments. Its amount depends on the professional category and the type of organization.
